Sarah brings experience across sales, marketing, education, and disability support. Her work as a Moderate Needs Para Educator in the USA, supporting students with disability and trauma-related challenges, inspired her to build a business focused on thoughtful, personalised care. She is currently completing postgraduate studies in Psychology and further training in Positive Behaviour Support.
Matt has a diverse background in consulting, finance, and growing service-based businesses across Australia and North America. At Complete Care Assist, he leads the strategic direction of the business and helps ensure the right structure and systems are in place to support participants now and into the future.
